  • Subscription fees must be paid upfront each month.

  • Payments are processed through Stripe and Yoco.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is cleared.

  • Refunds are only available under specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide necessary content and information for website creation.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact and payment information.

  • Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their website content and business practices.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • The websites we create remain the intellectual property of LStudios Digital until full payment of all dues.

  • Clients retain ownership of their business content but grant LStudios Digital permission to use their website in our portfolio.

6. Service Modifications

  • LStudios Digital may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time, with reasonable notice.

  • Clients will be informed of significant changes impacting their subscription.

7. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the service with a 14-day written notice.

  • LStudios Digital reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability LStudios Digital is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal issues arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results but strive to provide high-quality digital solutions.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of South Africa, specifically under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
