1. Subscription Payments & Refunds

  • LStudios Digital operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee for your selected plan.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except in cases outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • A full refund will be granted if you request cancellation within 7 days of your first payment.

  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days of subscription activation.

  • If LStudios Digital fails to deliver the agreed-upon website or services due to internal issues, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

3. No Refunds for the Following Cases:

  • Change of mind after service activation.

  • Failure to provide required materials (e.g., business information, images, content).

  • Issues caused by third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Yoco, Shopify).

  • Termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Cancellations & Subscription Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be issued for unused time within your billing cycle.

  • Once a subscription is canceled, services will remain active until the next billing date.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and legal action if the claim is found to be fraudulent.
